(B) Indvidually complete 3 Rounds 5 Thrusters 60/40kg, 10 C2B, 10 HR Pushups, 10 TTB  

Beginner 6am & 7:30pm

(A) Thruster-Work within the limitations of your movement

(B)  Individually complete 5 Rounds 5 Thrusters, 5 Pullups, 5  HR Pushups, 5 KTE

Intermediate 6am & 6:30pm 

(A) Thruster 1RM

(B) Indvidually complete 3 Rounds 5 Thrusters 60/40kg, 10 C2B, 10 HR Pushups, 10 TTB 

Advanced 5:30pm

(A) Individually complete 4 Rounds 3 Thrusters @ 85% of 1RM, 12 C2B Pullups

(B) Individually complete 4 Rounds 12HR Pushups, 12 TTB

(C) Individually complete 4 Rounds 1 Legless Rope Climb 15/12ft, 10 KB Swings 32/24kg
