Intermediates


Intermediates
When the Head Coach feels you have the necessary skills to advance to the Intermediate level from the Beginners. Athletes that move to the intermediates have a good foundation of the Olympic Lifts & Power Lifts. They have developed the capacity to increase their intensity with the Gymnastic Movements and Metabolic Conditioning. The Intermediate sessions start to introduce some more complex lifting and gymnastic movements as well as an increase in intensity. 
When do the Intermediatess Sessions Run?
Monday to Friday 6am, 9:30am & 6:30pm; Saturday 8am (1hr sessions)
