Advanced
When the Head Coach feels you have the necessary skills & attitude to advance to the Advanced level from the Intermediates. Athletes that move to the Advanced have a good foundation of the Olympic Lifts & Power Lifts. They have developed the capacity to increase their intensity with the Gymnastic Movements and Metabolic Conditioning. Advanced Athletes have decided that CrossFit is their sport and their attitude reflects this.
When do the Advanced Sessions Run?
Monday to Friday 9:30am & 5:30pm & Saturday 8am (1hr sessions by invitation only)
