(A) Thruster  5@75%, 5@80%, 5+@85%  
  
(B) In 10mins climb the ladder as far as possible of 2 Box Jumps 24/20" 1 Rope Climb 15/12ft, 4 Box Jumps, 2 Rope Climbs adding 2 box jumps and 1 rope climb every round

(C) Mobilize or Catch up on yesterdays D/U

Beginner/Intermediate

(B) In 10mins climb the ladder as far as possible of 2 Burpee Box Jump Over 24/20" 1 Rope Climb 15/12ft, 4 Burpee Box Jump Overs, 2 Rope Climbs adding 2 burpee box jump overs and 1 rope climb every round

(C) Mobilize or Catch up on yesterdays D/U  

Focus- (A) This is our last cycle before a retest. Don't look back on today and wish you had of done a few extra reps   (B) Think Efficiency, don't do more work then you have to. Why do 3 pump rope climbs when you can do 2 (C) Spend at least 20mins here.

    (B) Got to the 5th round (10 burpees), but only got 2 rope climbs out.

    (C) Tried to beat my 20 unbroken but was too fatigued. Did some good mobilizing with Dave, I have a lot of work to do.
