Snatch ME in 12mins


Super Youth

(A)  Warm Up, Technique Snatch
  
(B) In Teams of 2 complete- 5 Rounds of 12 Power Snatch, Relay Style 1/2 Gasser 

(C) In 6mins establish your max rep double under

Beginner/Intermediate

(A)  Warm Up, Technique Snatch
  
(B) Individually complete- 5 Rounds of 6 Power Snatch 50/35kg 1/2 Gasser 

(C) Immediately after B max rep double unders in 6mins

Advanced

(A)  Snatch ME in 12mins
  
(B) Individually complete- 5 Rounds of 6 Power Snatch 60/40kg 40 Double Unders

(C) Immediately after B you have 6mins to establish a 1rm OHS

Focus- (A) Get used to starting heavier.  (B) If you suck at Double Unders you better get more time in practicing
(C) Use racks here

  1. ME Snatch - 85kg missed 3 attempts @ 87.5kg maybe next time.
    WOD 9:30, bloody DUs.
    Max OHS - 80kg, just couldn't hold anything heavier tonight.

  2. (A) 80kg Snatch PB. Tried 82.5 but couldnt lock out
    (B) 10:08
    (C) 85kg OHS. Failed at 95kg
    Great session tonight, felt really good with the snatches

    (b) 9:41
    60kg snatch for 2 rounds
    55kg snatch for last 3 rounds
    loved the double unders

    (c) OHS 76kg PB right on time. i don't think i could of done any more though.

    Pretty happy with my results tonight. Pumped for tomorrow!
