  2. (A) worked off a 93kg 1rm. 62.5, 67.5 and 8 reps @ 71kg
    (B) finished the runs/ttbs in 9:48 then completed second part of wod @ 14:56

    My Big Lifts app doesn't have thrusters as one of the options. Does anyone know if it can be edited to have it?

  3. Thruster worked off a 1rm of 68kg
    6 reps at 85% 52kg

    runs and TT Rings 12.20
    1 successful muscle up....... Found getting up in the muscle up easy it was the push out that I struggled with.

    Thruster Strength cycle is gonna be a killer.
