    (A) 10 Reps @ 97kg
    Pretty happy with that, estimated 1RM is: 130kg which is my actual so I guess that's good.

    Room for improvement definitely.

    (B) 21/15/9 Deadlift (85kg) and Burpees
    Worked well, rarely rested until the final 9. Kept a reasonable pace til then.
