    (A) i enjoyed the legless rope climbs and i feel I'm improving with the handstand walk

    (B) I was the only one there so i did it individually and halved the amount of reps
    16.18
    I really need to work on the wall balls. I must of thrown the ball up around 55 times to get my 40 reps :( painful stuff really lol

  2. Awesome buzz in the box tonight. Got to love a good chipper. There were a couple of real big efforts put in from everyone there tonight its almost a shame to have a WINNER. But there has to always be a WINNER and that was Tanya and myself tonight..

    Special mention about Coach Jody who at a moments notice injected himself into the session to partner up with Mel as we had an odd number. Thats what its all about, having a go when you can. Good stuff all round..

    need to work on wall balls I doubt there is jumping allowed to get the ball up
