(B) Individually complete unbroken 3 Rounds 10 Pistol Squats, 30 Double Unders
(C) Individually EMOTM x 10 5x thrusters 50/35kg 1x squat jump (touch a target 30cm above your reach) *Add 1 squat jump each round. So, round 10 will be 5x thrusters + 10x squat jumps.
Focus- (A) Max Reps on last set (B) Unbroken. If you miss a rep move on to the next element (C) If you miss a round complete the round and start again on the next round
