Strict Press & Split Jerk

Super Youth

(A) Back Squats & Strict Press - Warm Up to 75% of your 1RM then perform 5 reps, then 3 reps @ 85% then 1+ reps @ 95%

(B) Teams of 2 7 min AMRAP 7 TTR 7 Box Jump 24/20 2min RECOVERY 3 min AMRAP 5 TTR 5 Box Jump

Beginner/Intermediate

(A) Warm Up Technique then Split Jerk 10 Sets of 3 EMOTM

(B) Individualy complete 7 min AMRAP 7 TTR 7 Box Jump 24/20 2min RECOVERY 3 min AMRAP 5 TTR 5 Box Jump

Advanced

(A) 
Strict Press 5-5-5 then Split Jerk 10 Sets to build to heaviest

(B) Individualy complete 7 min AMRAP 7 TTB 7 Box Jump 24/20 2min RECOVERY 3 min AMRAP 5 TTB 5 Box Jump

Focus-(B) If you are a slow starter work on starting fast for the 3min Amrap. If you are a fast starter work on a constant pace for the 7min Amrap.

    53 KG No Rep - No full lock out - I pressed it a little
    53 KG Suitable rep but for technique I called myself a no rep again, poor technique.

  2. (A)SP @ 33.2, pretty bad when my 1RM is 38.

    (B) SJ 30, 33.2, 35.7, 38.2, 40.7, 43.2 (F), 43.2 (PB), wound back to work on positioning - 33.2, 33.2, 33.2.

    (C) Focusing on trying to get a kipped TTB, failed!
