    C+J- 5@63, 5@68, 5@71kg, 73, 75, 77.5, 80, 82.5kg. Happy with all successful lifts on the c+j spewing I didn't get through the snatches clean. Next time.
    30 muscle ups for time. 9.55.. Cheering
    Your a machine Luke . Was a little more impressed with our effort when I worked out to get it under the 10 min that's 1 muscle up every 20 seconds. Boo yeah

    I'd like to give this another go with a strapped shoulder, it was really hurting me by the end. Bring on Wednesday!
