Run 400m
21 KB Swings 24/16
12 Pullups


(B) Clean & Jerk
Build to a ME lift on C&J over 8 attempts. Then take 80% of your heaviest load & perform 2 lifts OTM for 6min.

(1b) Hang Snatch (Mid thigh) 65% 1rm
Perform singles but the same amount of reps as Mondays ME Power Clean

    Felt pretty good snatching from hang .. Now I know I need to work on first pull !!

  2. (B) 30, 40, 50, 60, 70 (F), 70kg PB on Clean & Jerk (I'm nearly there with you Tas!)

    Started 80% at 55kg (1 round) then dropped to 50kg (1 round) then did 50kg singles.

    Hang Snatch at 25kg - 10 reps (focused on keeping bar close)

    8.10 total.
    Run times 1.18, 1.35, 1.37
    Need to work on butterfly's to become quicker
