Felt pretty good snatching from hang .. Now I know I need to work on first pull !!

ReplyDeleteStarted 80% at 55kg (1 round) then dropped to 50kg (1 round) then did 50kg singles.
Hang Snatch at 25kg - 10 reps (focused on keeping bar close)
46,56,60,68,78,83,88, failed at 91kg
