(A) Turkish Get Ups 4-6 Reps each arm Floor Press 4-6 Sets with KB
(B) 17min at the TOP of the minute, perform either 1 High Hang Power Snatch +1 Hang Power Snatch + 1 Snatch or 1 High Hang Power Clean+1 Hang Power Clean + 1 Clean. Weight can only increase over the 17mins at Coaches discretion.
(C) Chelsea-Every min on the min for 30mins 5 Pullups, 10 Pushups, 15 Squats

Chelsea- 24 completed rounds. By the end of the year, I will complete all 30 rounds. Ripped up a beauty on this wod, but really enjoyed it. Need to work on my pushups.
