Mobility WOD-Jump & Land in a stable position

(A) Back Squat 1rm, MAX Broad Jump (3 Attempts)
**Full control after landing required for distance to count. 
***RECORD THIS, IT'S IMPORTANT

(B) (30sec Pause between rep ranges)
12-9-6 
Thrusters 43/30
Pullups
*7min cap
**Your using this to strategise how you would do FRAN if the next time was your LAST! 

(C) 21-15-9 UNBROKEN 3min Strategy THRUSTERS 20bar/15bar, PULLUPS
*2consecutive miss reps on Pullups go straight to jumping. 
**Ring rows if unable to perform unassisted Pullups (NO BANDS)

    Completed in 6mins 4secs @ 43kgs
    This was my first attempt at FRAN. Gassed myself on the first round and had nothing left. Definately need to go in with a different strategy next time!

    - 12 pull ups @2 attempts, 9 jumping pull ups
    - 11 pull ups @2 attempts, 4 jumping pulls
    - 9 unbroken

    Paced myself through this altho took a few breathers in between .. more conditioning !!

  4. Tas, you made 101kg look like a walk in the park! Well done.

    (A) 1RM Back Squat 69.3kg.

    Max broad jump 1.8m.

    (B) WOD @5:10min (I think, def finished last)
    Thrusters @20kg

    (C) Fran @6.43min - very light bar.
    Mostly jumping pull ups. Need to work on overhand grip - completed 99% as chinups as its a stronger grip for me.
