(A) Back Squat 20RM-Add 2.5kg from Last Time
(B) "The Bear" 7 reps of the following complex. 1 Power Clean, 1 Front Squat, 1 Push Press, 1 Back Squat, 1 Push Press. Starting Weight R'xd is 35/25kg. Pick a partner with same starting weight and challenge them to the death.(5 Rounds minimum)

mentally. It's also great for showing you exactly where your weak links are. The
Bear, probably more than any other single movement, will zero in on those
weaknesses and, in many cases, fix them.

become a seamless series of links: fluid, powerful, fast, and with great range
of motion.

ReplyDeleteThe Bear: 5rnds @ 35,42,47,54,60. Second time I've done this, so I knew what I was in for. Fun, but still a brutal WOD.
