*Each team of 2 will start on a different element. Athlete A & Athlete B will perform max reps of the element at the same time with a 1min transition between.

    enjoyed the snatches in th wod, felt good,got deep.i always fall over aye.haha.
    i gota stop taking off from mels tabata class,was hoping to get some abs this year......but these crispy creams taste so.. hmmmff hmmmff... good!
