  3. Back Squats 5@95, 3@105, 10@120kg.
    WOD runs with 2x6kg plates all unbroken except for the last PU (6,6) the forearm pump got me.
    Mel's TABATA 8rnds sit up+ 4rnds hollow holds = 94reps.
