*Athlete A starts on WOD A whilst Athlete B starts with WOD B they then swap

    800m run 3.08 beat my old time by 31 seconds!!!!
    40kg for the strength complex tried 45kg but failed in the squat snatch. (loss a bet with Tas still need to do my embarrassing dance infront of everyone for losing!)

    Finished the night off with tabata double unders and sit-ups

    Heaviest complex @40kg (failed last squat snatch @45kg in the complex- grrr.. Did however get a single squat snatch @45kg so Mel has to do her dance!!!)

    WOD B - 4/10 (too slow on the pushups lol)
