Team vs Team

WOD-Teams of 2
Round 1

Run 400 Meters
10 Squat 50/35
10 Kettlebell Swings 24/16
10 Box Jump 24/20

Rest 90 seconds

Round 2

Run 200 Meters
5 Squat 50/35
5 Kettlebell Swings 24/16
5 Box Jump 24/20

Rest 60 seconds

Round 3

Run 800 Meters
20 Squat 50/35
20 Kettlebell Swings 24/16
20 Box Jump 24/20

Scoring-Best of 3 Rounds. Today it will be team vs team at either R'xd or scaled. Each round will be timed and both teams will start each round at the same time.

*Team mate A & Team mate B start all rounds together and complete all elements individualy until the round is complete so communication will be important as each team get 1 bar, 1bell and 1 box.

    felt ok, but the extra WOD (even if it was only 3 mins) was a punish! legs didnt want to be a part of it...
