Finish with Pullups the 1st Rnd then Alternate Pushups
**Mistake Clause
If you make a mistake on any Attempt or are not happy with result, you can re - attempt. But you must run a 1/2 Gasser (At Speed) You only score your higher rep attempt. Not both.

Got my first T2B. Finally, YEAH.
ReplyDeleteCould only manage 2 rounds of the wod as I got stuck with the second rope climb.
