In last Half hour of session group does AMRAP of 10m Bear Crawl with Growler. Use average body weight of who ever attends.

    Partnered with Brian (I held him back with the pushups, I'm afraid) Good work with 16 kg bell, didnt drop it once!

    Good to know I can pull more than my own body weight on the growler

    14.14 Rxd, and a few - not sure how many Growler runs after the WOD.
