  1. Strength: 70kg, 75kg got it into the OH squat, then fell forward landed on my knees and had to stand up from kneeling. It might not pass the AWF standards but eh it's Crossfit, so I might count it.
    WOD 1 3rnds + 8 rxd BJs from a squat (medball).
    100du in about 5min
    WOD 2 3rnds +11 20kg KB
