  1. I did the wod this morning and really enjoyed it. If I wasn't going to work tonight,I'll be there doing it again.
    Used the 6kg DB, 8kg KB for the TGU and 12kg KB for the gasser.

  2. Strength: 3@130kg, 3@140kg, 3@160kg.
    Focusing on getting right back on my heels. 
    WOD with  "I'll give that a go" Jesse @ 20kg 20ish minutes.
    Finisher was a laugh-about round of handstand walks and cart wheels
