1 Growler Run - 60/40
1 400m RUN
1 300m ROW
PARTNER OPTION:
*Double the reps.
*Only one person working during HPC, but can partition reps as needed.
*Both can perform TTB at same time

Worked @ 45kg got out 4 + 1
400m in 1.25 300m row in 1.03 and growler in 1.20
Had a nit of fun on the red belly black rope, and some old school stories from childhood days... Rats tail story upon reflection is pretty feral! But hilarious at the same time!
WOD- 5+6 trained at CFP went for the run 1st then did 1rnd then the row and the growler should of split them up legs were gone on the growler
