WOD - 3 Rounds (Main Page)
12 (Each athlete) Front Squat 60/43
12 Burpee Pullups

*One athlete performs Squats & the other performs Burpee Pullups. If the person squatting is to finish first, they remain standing with bar in rack position (Triceps must be parallel to ground)

    Stripped to 55 worked on arched back. Posture needs work.

    Worked with Ashley @ 14.40
    Front squat at @ 25 for first round, stripped to 20 for last two.
    + 5 burpees
