Blacktown City U14/2's in for CFP & CFS's Team Training. A great option for Wet Weather




Strength 15mins
Squat Snatch
Find a Heavy Single

WOD
Run 800m
3 Squat Snatches 60/43kg
Run 400m
3 Squat Snatches
Run 800m
3 Squat Snatches
Run 400m

*Runs are done relay style with an emphasis on intensity. It will be close to a 1:1 work rest so put it in on the runs
*One person working at a time on snatches, you can go rep for rep so go heavy within the limitations of your technique

    Aimed for sub 15 so happy being first time on squat snatches...

  2. Worked with Tacia tonight.
    Time 20.39 and used 15kg for our power clean.
    Legs were killing after each run, but we both pulled thru, good, but tiring wod.
    Thanks Belinda for the run, I'm trying to get there.

    @ 15 kg- Scaled strength work to press ?? instead of squat. Worked on technique more than anything else.

    Worked with Carla. Carla smashed the runs towards the end, good stuff. Spewing that I ran extra haha. Overall gd sesh!
