Bar Warm Up

Muscle Clean + Front Squat + Press
1 x 3reps
Hang Power Clean + Full Clean + Push Jerk + Split Jerk

WOD
Run 800m
30 Clean & Jerk
Run 800m

*Athlete A runs 800 whilst Athlete B performs Clean & Jerk. A minimum of 30 reps is to be completed.
Once athlete A returns from run they tag, athlete B, & now B runs whilst A Performs C&J.
*When athlete B returns from run, they both run another 800m together.
