WOD (From Main Page)
WOD (Option A)
Run 800m
30 Muscle Ups
Run 800m

WOD (Option B in pairs)
Run 800m
30 Pullups + 30 Pushups
Run 800m
*Both athletes do 800m run together
*One athlete performs Pullups whilst other athlete performs pushups. Once both completed they switch.
*Once both elements are completed by each,, both athletes then finish with a 800m run.

    Strength 3 @ 110kg Feeling better on the deadlifts, but still need to be aware of the rounding!

    dirty as i missed the last muscle up!
