WOD - 20min AMRAP (partner)
1 Rope Climb 15/12ft
10 Ring Dips
15 Wall Ball Shots
*Partner A climbs rope & partner B does as many dips as possible until the climb is finished, then swap. Once both have climbed they can share Whatever reps are left. partitioned as needed
*Wallballs are shoulder to shoulder

    Practiced Rope climbs. Bloody hopeless but had fun!
