Did my first rope climb to the top. Hooray. But couldn't do it in the wod. Dead lift: 60kg, 5-5-5-5 Wod 1 Box Jumps:21 Pull Ups:11 (orange band) Rope Climbs:0 Double Unders:40 Pull Ups:5 Box Jumps:18 Wod 2 5.39 Not happy with T2B. I still need a lot of work.
