*Partner A performs Power Clean whilst partner B does Ring Dips then swap.

    90k.g 5rm x 3rounds back squat.
    w.o.d= 15:45
    weight was to big got 20 of the 80k.g out
    then scaled down to 70 for the rest.
    gonna have to work on my cleans.
    muscle ups. no go for me.
