  1. First time ever on squat snatch movement, its a tricky one...

    WOD in 10.32
    Only 27.2 for squat snatch
    All KTE were actual KTE and all unbroken :)

    Tabata 35@70kg focused on not rounding my back

    Ring push ups gpt to 24 by the time dave beat me and completed the 30
