  4. w.o.d 1= 120k.g 9mins.
    massive improvement on last time.
    shaved like 8 mins of my time and added 10k.g.
    w.o.d 2= p.ups= 68
    run#1= 1:18
    squats= 104
    run#2= 1:38
    could of went harder on the squats but im trying my hand at pacing myself for the runs.
    over all tonight was a good improvement.

    8:30 75kg deadlifts
    improved my time and increased the weight by 5kg from previous attempt. Yay
