    could of been a lil better.
    ring dips were letting me down.
    my swings and were awesome unbroken so thats a plus.
    skill = snatch= 30k.g happier with this movement.
    it is feeling a little more flowing.
    tabatta= d/u = 8 rounds of 20 reps even.
    could of went more but i was focusing on the time for everyone.
    good work tonight guys.
    lets keep that tabatta rolling a element every night.

  3. Did WOD no recorded time.
    used 12kg KB and Blue band for ring dips and blue and red band for pullups. This was my first time at pullups and I was pretty pleased with my self.
    Did 5,5,5 deadlifts of 60kg.
    Very pleased with that effort.
    38 Tabatta situps.
    Love Tabatta. Good way to finish the night off. :-)

    Red band for ring dips, 16kg kb
    Strength 3 * 5 at 50kg Deadlift, then
    3 * 3 at 60kg.
    Tabatta - sit ups 69
