    happy with my efforts today.
    working towards limiting my rest as much as possible.
    and im on the right path for doing so i feel.
    50 push ups for time= 2:48.
    this would of been better if my biceps
    were not on fire from the w.o.d.

  3. Did 800 meter run = 8:47
    WOD
    7:45.
    Could go a heavier weight for all cleans except maybe squats. Ouch!
