wod: 6:04 felt good tonight but i think i could do better. the hook grip help heaps.
w.o.d= 6:28.happy with my efforts today.working towards limiting my rest as much as possible.and im on the right path for doing so i feel.50 push ups for time= 2:48.this would of been better if my bicepswere not on fire from the w.o.d.
Did 800 meter run = 8:47WOD7:45.Could go a heavier weight for all cleans except maybe squats. Ouch!
WOD8.47 with yellow bandif we had not been working with hook grip i reckon it would have been 3 mins slower...
Run 9:56 last time got 12 somethinWod got 6:30 So yea pretty happy
