    Had a good crack for once, which makes me feel lazy but happy to see some unexpected results! Big thanks to Todd with some great advice on my running last Saturday... Made a massive difference

    oh well its a learning curve.
    got to flusted with it and tried to go 100
    miles an hour.
    happy i finished though.
