    We did 199 wall balls and they do not hurt as much as doing 1 less then nathan and james! fkn no rep cost me 4 or 5...

    bit dirty i didn't blog this last time, i know Dom and and I did mid 130's for wall balls but strength i have not much of an idea there! learned a couple of lessons tonight, that's for sure!!!
