WOD #2 - 10min AMRAP (Individual WOD)
3 KB Snatch (Left Hand) 24/16
10 KB Swing 24/16
3 KB Snatch (Right Hand)
15 Double Unders

    wod 1 was 30 secs quicker this time around.

    8:12 @60kg this time was 10kg heavier but 1:12 slower.

  3. WOD 1 - 9:00
    slower than last time by 41 sec but rx'd weight
    toes to bar are still toes no where near bar..

    WOD 2 - 4+15
    thought i would have done so much better at this wod, hands were (and still are) rat sh*t from the first wod. Double unders werent very good either, only got the straight 15 on round 4.
