WOD-Teams of 2
5 Rounds for time
5 Box Jumps
6 Squat Snatch @ 5RM from Warm Up
18 KTE

*Perform box jumps 1 rep at a time each for 5 each
*Perform 3 Power Snatches/OHS or Squat Snatches in a row each
*Partition KTE between team mates anyway

5min from last person finishing

Tabata Deadlifts @ 3/4 Bodyweight

30 Ring Push Ups

  1. Did wod with Gab, 15 mins, using 20kg.

    Gab and I did power snatch with over head squat instead of squat snatch. Gab did great and was able to do some squat snatches in the wod. well done Gab. I completed of 72 tabata d/l with 30kgs. Gab completed approx 92. I didnt add mine up properly Gab, not 61! Great effort. Improving alot with knees to elbows , im almost there!

  3. worked with zinga tonight.
    strength= 5reps@ 55kg
    w.o.d= 40k.g bar time=13:10
    would of shaved about a minute off.
    but the bar snapped in half at top of
    squat snatch. sorry jody.

    part 2= 40k.g bar z=15,15,10,10,8,6,6,9= 79
    me=16,13,10,10,11,10,10,11= 91 total=170 reps
    stabilization= 2 rounds of 15 non broken.
    great work out i really enjoyed myself with this one. good work zinga.
