Did wod with Gab, 15 mins, using 20kg.
ReplyDeleteGab and I did power snatch with over head squat instead of squat snatch. Gab did great and was able to do some squat snatches in the wod. well done Gab. I completed of 72 tabata d/l with 30kgs. Gab completed approx 92. I didnt add mine up properly Gab, not 61! Great effort. Improving alot with knees to elbows , im almost there!

but the bar snapped in half at top of

stabilization= 2 rounds of 15 non broken.
