Worked with all the fellas tonight on strength, was a lot of fun in the box! I'm sure 1RM stuff won't come around too often so I am looking forward to the next one already!

Worked by myself in the WOD tonight, and finished with 40kg in 8 minutes even... First time I have run the 400's without a walk at all and also completed all the thrusters unbroken :)
I'm sure my excitement will be shattered tomorrow with double unders or something i am terrible at...
