(5 Front Squats + 1 Jerk)

WOD 4 Rounds (individual or partner)
Run 200m
15 Wall Balls (each)

* Both team mates start and finish run together
* Wall Balls are done side by side (both working at alternate reps)

Mobilization
Max hover
Max Handstand Hold

    Strength:-5 sets @60Kg, not a bad weight to practice on form and technique.
    WOD 12min neat, good effort Zinga, you pushed yourself all the way

  3. Worked with Nathan tonight, enjoying some WOD'S more than others, especially after yesterdays debacle with double unders, today was a dream!

    Strength completed all working sets @ 50kg

    Wod 9.08

    Hover 52sec
    Hand stand hold 60sec even

    Front squats and jerk all sets @ 30 kg

    WOD Sierra and I - 9:40
    Sierra was a hard task-master, and it paid off

    Have come to the realisation that I CAN do handstands against the wall. Might not have managed it today, but came close
