Jerk 3 @ 80%, 3 @ 85%, 3+ @ 90%

WOD-Teams of 3
Partner Wall Balls Max Reps whilst completing 60, 45, 30, 15 Double Unders

* Team mates A & B complete as many side by side wall balls as possible whilst Team mate C starts on Double Unders.
* Athletes can change elements at anytime until the 60, 45, 30, 15 reps of double unders as a team are completed
* A change must be made, if not already after the 60, 45, 30, 15 to avoid one person completing all double unders.

Scoring- Divide Time it takes to do double unders in seconds by total reps of wall balls to give you 1 Wall Ball Shot every X amount of seconds.


Stabilization
3 x MAX reps T2B (1 min rest between sets)

    Thought I work the strength off a 80kg 1RM, but forgot to carry in my sums, so it turns out it was a 90kg 1RM, sorry guys, but we did well.

    I couldnt remember my 1RM, but thought it was around 55kg so i worked off that.
    3 @ 40kg
    3 @ 42.2kg
    4 @ 45kg
    Really need to work on my split and getting stable before i put my feet together.

    WOD with Gab, Nathan, James and myself.
    We doubled our reps of double unders because we had a team of 4.
    Total - 143 Wall balls
    Time - 5:35
    Sec/rep - 2.24

    Toes to Bar - 5, 3, 3.
