  3. Did tabata sit ups, lowest reps was 8
    Did the tabata ring dips orange band, only getting 4 reps last few rounds.
    dead lifts, 3 @50, 3 @ 60 ,4 @ 70.
    Was happy with that, 70 was my 1RM.
    Did WOD with Belinda,
    4 rounds plus 15reps. used just 8 kg bell, bit light but 12 too heavy just yet.
    Belinda, you had a really good night, pushed yourself with deadlifts, great handstand pushups.
    Both Belinda and I did 10 overhead squats with 15 kg bar, that was an improvement from last week, Last week was about 4 reps, but very shaky.

  4. Worked with Brian and Andrew in the wod tonight 4 rounds plus 15 reps, 16kg bell and blue/orange bands for hspu I think... Not too sure on that one!

    Strength - Deadlifts

    3 @ 90kg
    3 @ 100kg
    8 @ 110kg

    Very happy with strengths gains made so far! Was doing only 70kg dead lifts about a month or so ago... All the little tips are paying off, thanks Jody!

    Looking forward to starting on the unlimited next week, see how many times I can get down to the box!

    WOD with justine and dom.
    4 rounds + 15 reps used 8kg bell and red band for HSPU. really enjoyed this wod everyone pushed themseleves.

    OHS: 10@15kg bar really happy with that.
