*Both athletes can work at Push Ups at same time. (7 Each)

Great Work out tonight Guys, the intensity was awesome all the way to the last second.

Braydon: 40kg,50kg,50kg and a new 1RM of 60kg, not to bad for a 50kg stick-boy.
Teamed up with James tonight, we pushed each other along nicely, didn't stop once throught the WODS
WOD 1 10 Rnds+4 as RXD, not a bad score even though we did 10 BJ's each on the first Rnd [thanks Sierra]
