WOD 3 Rounds
15 Front Squat 60/40
10 KB Power Snatch 24/16
5 Shoulder to Overhead (Same as Front Squat)

*For Front Squats, break reps down to 5 then exchange bar, your partner will do 5 & so on until you both have done 15 reps each
*Partition KB Snatch reps as reqd but both must perform 10 reps
*Same for Shoulder to Overhead

    22kg bar and 8kg kettle bell.
    Thanks to everyone who encouraged me to lift my last shoulder to overhead.
