Front Squat
5-3-3

WOD 15min AMRAP
20 Burpees
10 Thrusters 60/40
5 Push Press/Jerk 60/40

*Both Team members can be working at same time on Burpees to accumulate 20 as a team
*Only one team member can work during Thrusters or Overhead work.

    Did the WOD with Sierra, asrxd. Thank heavens Sierra was there because i STRUGGLED BIG TIME. Must retire to my grave.

    60kg Thrusters were unbelievably MESSY.
    60kg over heads weren't much better.

    Last time only got 1 rep out at 52.2kg so i was happy i made the 3 reps this time

    WOD used 35kg. This was the heaviest thruster i'd done in a WOD and i swear it killed me, couldnt feel my arms by the end.

    Nice work Toddy! I liked being your team mate, sorry i suck at burpees. hehehe :)
