WOD 12 min AMRAP
5 Deadlifts 100/80
10 Ring Dips & 5 Burpees

*Deadlifts are done with 2 people on bar at once
*One person performs Dips whilst partner does burpees, then they switch

    (wod) we pushed out 6 amrap and 5 seperate deadlifts.
    (strength) 70kg was the weight for my
    5-5-5 deadlift.

    5 @ 80kg (x3)

    WOD 5 + 12
    used yellow band for ring dips.
    ring dips are my ememy, still finding it really hard to keep the rings from going out.
    i think it would have been a better WOD if the weights were heavier on the deadlifts, it was good doing it in a team but it felt light coz there were 2 people on the bar.. still enjoyed it and glad i stuck with the yellow band the whole way through the WOD for the ring dips
